Terms of Service

Effective 26 October 2026. These terms govern your use of NullExif, published by Loadcircle Ltd (England and Wales).

The service

NullExif removes metadata from photos and documents on your Android device. Processing happens locally on your device. The app is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Your files

Your files never leave your device through the app. You are responsible for the files you choose to process and for keeping your own copies. Cleaning metadata changes what a file discloses but does not make a file lawful to share, and it is not a guarantee that no identifying information remains.

Purchases and subscriptions

The Pro upgrade is a yearly subscription billed through Google Play. Billing, renewal and cancellation are managed by Google Play under its terms. Pro entitlement is tied to the Google account used for the purchase.

Acceptable use

Do not use the app to break the law or the rights of others.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loadcircle Ltd is not liable for any loss arising from use of the app, including loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and contact
